Waterfront & Cash Corner Infrastructure and Redevelopment Planning (Session II)

  • Cash Corner Fire Station Conference Room 360 Main Street South Portland, ME, 04106 United States (map)

Public forum to gather input on infrastructure and redevelopment issues and opportunities within the Brownfield Grant target area of Cash Corner and the Fore River Waterfront.

This meeting will feature a presentation on initial high-level assessments for the target areas including a market analysis, demographics, infrastructure considerations, climate impact risks, and more, followed by an opportunity for community members to share input to help the City establish a baseline understanding of issues, opportunities, and priorities. Subsequent meetings will build off this assessment to conduct a targeted infrastructure and economic analysis of key sites within the Brownfield area.

For the purposes of this project, the Fore River Waterfront includes all land that abuts or is significantly influenced by the Fore River or is a water-dependent use except for all areas already captured in the Mill Creek Master Plan.

This event will be held twice. Please join which ever session is most convenient or livestream the event here.
