Regular meetings of the Comprehensive Plan Committee take place in the City Council Chambers every first Wednesday of each month. Meeting agendas are posted online via BoardDocs the Friday before a scheduled meeting.

CPC meetings are open to the public, and community members can also join the meeting virtually via Zoom (Zoom link included in agenda). Livestreams and past recordings of CPC meetings can also be found online via SPC-TV.
