The South Portland 2040 Comprehensive Planwill serve as the foundational document guiding the next 10 years of growth and development across the community, defining a collaborative vision of South Portland’s future.
This summer, the South Portland Comprehensive Plan Committee is seeking community feedback on the draft policy framework for the SoPo 2040 Comprehensive Plan update.
We want to hear your thoughts on policy approaches to critical long-range planning issues in South Portland, including waterfront planning, housing needs, economic development,public facilities and services, and transportation infrastructure.
